Job Summary: As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our French and English-speaking customers. You will assist them with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure they have a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both French and English.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
