Staff4Me is currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Korean Customer Service Representative. As a Korean Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Korean-speaking customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist our diverse customer base in a professional and friendly manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner
• Assist customers with product and service-related questions or concerns
• Navigate and utilize internal systems and databases
• Resolve customer issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building positive relationships
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve processes
• Maintain thorough and accurate customer records

• Fluency in both English and Korean (spoken and written)
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Korean language fluency must be on a business level
• 6 months of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
