This is a full-time on-site role for a CSR Cantonese Bilingual Speaker at Fusion CX located in Quezon City. The role involves providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience expertise
• Strong Cantonese and English language proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or related roles
• Knowledge of BFSI, Healthcare and Life Sciences, High Tech Growth, Retail, Utility, and Telecom industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
