• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Experience handling complex customer inquiries is a plus
• Basic, intermediate, or fluent in Dutch; excellent English communication skills
• Basic computer literacy, familiarity with internet terminologies
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  
  

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Dutch and English.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer concerns.
• Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions.
• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
• Escalate critical issues to the appropriate department.
• Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist with customer requests and process necessary forms.
• Schedule and manage callback requests.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Stay updated on company policies, products, and best practices.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and coaching discussions.
• Cross-sell and upsell company products and services.
