About the Role: As a CBRE Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation and continuous improvement of the corporate compliance program.



This job is part of the Legal Compliance job function. They are responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance that balances business and compliance solutions to inform the company of options and risks.



What You'll Do:

• Delivers exceptional facilities management services with a strong focus on ensuring the statutory and regulatory compliances under the LGU, DOLE, DENR-EMB, PEZA, BOI, BOC such as Business Permits, FSICs, sanitary permits, etc are compliant and up to date.
• Reviews and updates of Facilities Management operations guidelines, roll out of new process mapping to stakeholders.
• Ensures FM processes are implemented
• Arrange commissary audit and site inspections of FM Team
• Quarterly review of vendor performance evaluation
• Leads sustainability programs
• Lead on clinic operation management

What You'll Need:

• Knowledgeable with statutory and regulatory compliance
• 3-5 years of experience as Compliance Manager
• Has background in Facilities Management
• Knowledgeable with ISO standards
