• Keep abreast of new regulations and industry trends affecting the fintech sector and interpret their implications for the company.
• Provide compliance training and guidance to employees, promoting a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
• Develop and maintain documentation for compliance activities, including audit findings, compliance reports, and corrective action plans.
• Utilize technology and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance processes.
• Advising management on compliance-related matters
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors, managing inspections, and regulatory reporting requirements
