About the Job

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for all with or without Bachelor's Degree who are eager to kickstart their careers in sales and business development. As a Sales Representative, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential leads through online and offline channels.
• Conduct outreach via emails, calls, and social media to engage prospects.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Test and implement creative approaches to acquire new customers.
• Analyze customer feedback and use insights to optimize sales processes.
• Track daily and weekly sales performance.
• Prepare progress reports to evaluate growth strategies' effectiveness.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align growth campaigns.
• Support team initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Open for with or without Bachelor's Degree
• Passionate about sales, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms
• Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and adapt to challenges
• Willing to experiment with innovative growth strategies
