• .Understand the entire business end-to-end, focusing on KPIs and key business growth levers (e.g. take-up, disbursements, and reavailments)
• Deep analysis of business and user metrics across different report formats, in response to proposed initiatives and experimentation.
• Lead the exchange of ideas through close collaboration between cross-functional teams (marketing, data science, UX, business intelligence, etc.)
• Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external partners (commercial, enterprise, LGUs, etc.) for campaigns enablement, financial literacy programs, and pilot initiatives.
