The role is responsible for leading the conceptualization, development, launch, and management of MediCard products through the product life cycle



Roles and Responsibilities:



1. Set product vision and roadmap considering Medicard direction, customer profile, competitive environment, and industry trends; make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision

2. Search out, gather, analyze and prioritize customer needs and wants; understand market requirements why customers buy products as well as what the competition is doing.

3. Plan and design product roadmap including product features, pricing and revenue modeling, go-to-market / distribution strategy, success metrics

4. Works with various functions (e.g. Marketing, Sales and Distribution, Finance, Operations, Legal and Compliance) through the planning, launch, and management of product life cycle

5. Manage all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time.





Minimum Job Requirements:

•Experience – at least ___ years relevant experience in retail marketing and/or retail sales senior leadership roles

•Technical / functional / business skills:

    o Marketing : understand how to research market trends, promote product and oversee the marketing side for            product development from start to finish.

    o Analysis: Strong analytical skills; use market data to establish product strategy, development and pricing

    o Problem solving: recognize issues in the product development process as soon as possible and determine               quick solutions

    o Communication: keep stakeholders involved

    o Budgeting: setting a realistic budget for product development and ensuring it stays on track throughout the           creative and production processes
