This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Metro Manila. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Day-to-day tasks will include answering calls, responding to emails, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
