Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers of our fitness client. Your role will be to provide top-notch service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide assistance with account management, billing, product information, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the client’s internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle complaints or feedback effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on the client’s fitness products, promotions, and services.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
