Job Description
Drives the acquisition of auto and home loans by executing targeted sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Develops and implements business growth initiatives in collaboration with branches, car dealerships, and real estate partners to achieve profitability and volume goals.
Oversees loan portfolio quality by monitoring credit accommodations, minimizing delinquent accounts, and ensuring proper loan documentation.
Provides ongoing market insights and competitive analysis to Head Office, offering recommendations for strategic improvements.
Ensures seamless business center operations in compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements (including BSP guidelines), and customer expectations.
Facilitates coordination with internal bank units and external partners to ensure the timely processing and delivery of transaction documents.
Actively engages in cross-selling financial products and services from the bank's subsidiaries and affiliate companies.
Undertakes additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
Experience: Experienced in consumer lending, banking, sales, or business development, preferably in auto or home loans.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding loan acquisition targets.
Excellent relationship management and networking abilities with experience in engaging branches, car dealers, real estate developers, and brokers.
Knowledge of credit evaluation, loan processing, and portfolio management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Familiarity with regulatory policies, including BSP regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking systems.
