Job Description

  • Advise senior leaders on organizational structure to align with business strategy and objectives.
  • Champion organizational culture, values, and high-performance interventions.
  • Communicate the alignment of HR strategy with workforce, business, and financial performance.
  • Lead HR transformation programs to enhance workforce performance, HR technology, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, and leadership development at the regional level.

  • Proven ability to align HR strategies with overall business goals, driving organizational performance and growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing large-scale change initiatives, talent development, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with senior business leaders, ensuring HR initiatives support strategic business objectives.
