Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for agricultural products/services.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients (farmers, distributors, retailers).
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Promote and demonstrate product benefits to clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide customer support and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or Marketing.
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales management.
  • Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
