Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Supervisor to oversee sales initiatives and implement creative marketing strategies. If you have a passion for driving growth, building relationships, and working with a fashion-forward brand, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve growth targets.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve results.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4-year course preferably in Marketing, Business Management or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Preferably with experience in retail, distribution or manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategies.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Passion for fashion and consumer-driven marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
