Job Title: Client Acquisition Manager(BPO)

Salary: ₱60,000 - ₱70,000 per month

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila Time (Day Shift)

Setup: Remote


About the Job

As a Client Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities through the sale of outsourcing solutions to potential clients. Your expertise will be crucial in building strong relationships and expanding our market presence.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and Target Clients: Generate new business opportunities in the outsourcing sector by identifying, targeting, and approaching potential clients.
  • Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor offerings, and potential new markets.
  • Customized Solutions: Prepare and present tailored outsourcing solutions to clients based on their specific needs.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to close deals.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams (operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Track Performance: Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics using CRM tools.
  • Attend Industry Events: Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed about outsourcing industry trends and developments.


Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales and business development within the remote staffing industry.
  • Knowledge of Outsourcing Services: Strong understanding of outsourcing services and solutions, with the ability to comprehend client needs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Results-Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
