About the Job: Sales Support

Our esteemed client, a dynamic organization specializing in client services, is looking for a Sales Support Specialist. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including answering emails, reporting, invoicing, and database management.


Job Scope:

• Data Transfer & Cleaning: Transfer and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Handling Inquiries: Respond to general inquiries from clients and stakeholders.

• Order & Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track orders, shipments, ETAs, and freight bookings.

• Weekly Sales Reporting: Generate and prepare weekly sales reports.

• Receipt Processing: Process and verify receipts.

• Database Management & Reporting: Manage databases and generate reports to track and support the implementation of compliance initiatives.

• Sales Quotations: Prepare and manage sales quotations.

• Documentation Management: Organize and maintain necessary documentation.

• Daily Tasks: Perform daily administrative tasks as requested by management.

• Other Duties: Handle additional tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in client support or a similar administrative role.

• Sales Quotation Experience: Experience in preparing and managing sales quotations.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Database Management: Strong experience with database management.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

• Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
