The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales Team in the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet sales events. This role ensures seamless communication between clients, the sales team, and operational departments to deliver successful events. The Sales Coordinator will assist in administrative tasks, client follow-ups, and event logistics while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Assist the sales team in handling banquet sales inquiries, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather event details, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, bookings, and event details in the sales system.
  • Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager to monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Event Coordination & Execution:

  • Liaise with other hotel departments (banquet, kitchen, front office, housekeeping) to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Prepare banquet event orders (BEOs) and ensure all details are communicated effectively.
  • Assist in conducting site inspections and pre-event meetings with clients.
  • Support the team in on-site event coordination when necessary.

Administrative & Customer Service:

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and sales materials as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing post-event feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, banquet/events, or hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,823.75 - Php18,000.00 per month
