Your Role:

As a Senior Sales and Marketing Optimization Officer, you will:

Develop and implement data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance lead quality, boost conversion rates, and improve overall sales performance.
Generate and present insightful sales and marketing reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Optimize and manage HubSpot CRM functionalities to streamline sales workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance team productivity.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to enhance conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports using HubSpot and other analytics tools to monitor key sales metrics and performance indicators.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, improve lead management, and enhance nurturing processes.
Leverage data-driven approaches to refine sales forecasting accuracy and optimize pipeline management.
Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to optimize sales workflows, email campaigns, and funnel activities.
Train and support sales teams in utilizing HubSpot CRM and other sales optimization tools effectively.
Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales automation, CRM systems, data analytics, and conversion rate optimization.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

3+ years of experience in sales optimization, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM.
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Hands-on experience with sales process automation, lead management, and CRM optimization.
Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experience with A/B testing.
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including lead scoring, automation, pipeline management, and reporting.

Preferred skills/expertise:

Certification in HubSpot CRM or data analytics tools (a plus but not required).
Additional expertise in sales methodologies, sales performance monitoring, and sales forecasting.
Experience in sales enablement and training sales teams on CRM best practices.
Familiarity with sales automation technologies and data visualization tools.
