We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to manage our social media accounts and drive sales growth for our brand. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, engaging with online audiences, creating compelling content, and executing sales initiatives to increase brand awareness and revenue.

• Develop, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shoppee, Lazada, etc.)
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and analytics to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators for engaging visuals and videos.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
• Identify potential customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, and offline channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers.

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Track and report performance metrics for campaigns and sales performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• With understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
