·        Knows how to manage employees, overseeing the budget, employing marketing strategies and many other facets of business.

·        Strong understanding of high-level strategic direction and sales goals

·        3-5 Years of experience in Sales Operations.

·        A university degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Industrial Technology or Mechanical Engineering.

·        Product experience in packaging & Industrial Machinery is a plus.

·        Knows how to manage employees, overseeing the budget, employing marketing strategies and many other facets of business.

·        Strong understanding of high-level strategic direction and sales goals

·        Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management.

·        Has a strong leadership and skills to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary.

·        Familiarity with databases and sales software tools.

SALARY RANGE: 40,000-45,000
