Job description:

-Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.

-Inspect ongoing construction work for quality, safety, and adherence to plans (civil discipline)

-Report any deviations or issues to engineers and project managers.

-Maintain accurate and organized records of project activities.

-Document changes to plans, specifications, and any deviations from the original design.

-Preparing of progress report and other document requirements for the project

Job Qualification:

-A minimum of an associate degree or a diploma in civil engineering technology, construction technology, or a related field

-Preferably with at least 2 years related experience in construction

-Able to work in outdoor conditions. Physical fitness is an asset.

-Mathematical, problem-solving and analytical skills

-Good reporting skills

-Proficient in MS word, excel

-Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for drafting and design work

-Ability to interpret design drawings and estimate quantities of materials used accordingly

-Detail-oriented
