The Business Analysts Team Lead will manage the requirements analysis and end-to-end systems development life cycle (SDLC) on IT/vendor automation projects as required by business units.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Help analyze, strategize, and plan system automation roadmap in supporting new business opportunities and technologies to help card issuing, loans and other businesses.
• Supervises business requirements analysis, project management and implementation.
• Supervises enhancements, timely resolution of production issues and UAT for production fixes as needed.
• Manages business analysts and ensure timely completion of their assigned tasks.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree, preferably engineering, computer science, information technology or closely related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in systems implementation projects in financial institutions, preferably credit or debit card payment functions.
• At least 10 years of experience in web, mobile, and/or payment channels applicatins.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
