About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Business Analyst who will play a key role in translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements for our product and engineering teams. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to define functional requirements, document processes, and ensure successful delivery through detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business needs and objectives

• Create high-quality BRDs and functional specifications for software development projects

• Translate complex business processes into clear and concise requirements

• Support product and engineering teams by providing context and detail throughout the development cycle

• Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement validation sessions

• Help ensure alignment between business goals and delivered solutions

• Assist in user acceptance testing and feedback gathering

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or technology environment

• Proven experience in writing BRDs or similar documentation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar

Nice to Have

• Exposure to UI/UX design principles

• Experience with process modeling or wireframing tools

• Knowledge of SQL or data querying (a plus, not required)
