I. Summary of Responsibilities
The HR Assistant will support the HR department in various administrative employee onboarding, record maintenance and compliance with the HR policies.
II. Key Responsibilities
a. Recruitment
· Assist with the Job Posting on various platforms
· Screen resumes and schedule interviews
· Communicate with the candidates throughout the hiring process
b. Onboarding
· Collect and verify necessary documentation from new employees
· Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization
c. Payroll and Benefits
· Assist with end-to-end payroll (from timekeeping to bank crediting)
· Assist employees' inquiries with regards to government-mandated benefits
d. General HR Support
· Assist with HR projects, such as performance reviews, and employee survey
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Perform tasks that may assigned from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,770.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
