Job Description

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role within the construction or consultancy industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
  • Familiarity with construction project documentation and procurement processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary

Experience:

  • Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)
