About the Role

We are seeking an Accountant/Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our clients' businesses by providing accurate and timely accounting services and payroll processing. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' operational success and overall satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing all accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Processing payroll and ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Utilizing QuickBooks Online for various accounting functions and maintaining the integrity of financial records.
• Interfacing with clients to address their accounting and payroll needs, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Collaborating with other team members to streamline accounting processes and improve operational efficiencies.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and strong accounting experience.
• Proven experience with payroll processing.
• Strong English communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in a customer service role, dealing with diverse client requirements.
• Familiarity with all facets of accounting functions, from billing to revenue recognition.
• Any relevant certifications such as CPA or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Experience in a consulting or managed services environment.
