Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course
  • Australian Accounting Experience AIS, BAS, End of Year FS, FBT
  • Experience in Australian Payroll
  • Required language(s): English
  • Proficient in using XERO, MYOB, QuickBooks
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Unified Communications, Logical thinking, Organize, Good with Analyzing report, Ability to Summarize and allocate data, Proactive, Team player, Great attention to details
  • 2 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Attention to details is a must.

 

Job Description:

  • Payroll Processing for clients.
  • Working on clients of various industries.
  • Working with various add-ons such as Dext, Hubdoc, Point of Sales systems etc.
  • Bank Reconciliation, accounts payable & accounts receivables
  • BAS & IAS preparation and liaising with clients, Managing Director & the team.
  • Month end and Year end processing, reconciliations and data entry of required journals.
  • Assist in preparing financial information/reports for Accountants, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Ad-hoc analysis for the Managing Director & Business Development Manager as needed.
