Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and review P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. 
• Perform financial reporting to company’s internal stakeholders. 
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. 
• General Ledger & Account Reconciliation. 
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. 
• Oversee bank reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments. 
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and transactions. 
• Assist in preparing financial forecasts and annual budgets. 
• Analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances. 
• Improve financial processes for greater accuracy and efficiency. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning. 
• Communicate key financial insights to senior management. 

Qualifications: 

• CPA or CA certification is required. 
• Experience with AU clients/company is required. 
• 5+ years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance. 
• People management experience is a good to have. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Business Central (Preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
