• Work with managers to ensure employees are effectively supported and developed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience in talent management, HR strategy, or workforce planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software, analytics tools, and performance management systems.
• Knowledge of change management and organizational development principles.
