Responsibilities:
- Align talent strategies with business objectives to optimize workforce performance.
- Analyze workforce data to identify talent gaps and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop succession planning initiatives.
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying key competencies and skills needed.
- Design and implement employee development programs, including training and mentorship initiatives.
- Facilitate leadership development and career pathing strategies.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and productivity.
- Conduct engagement surveys and analyze results to drive improvements.
- Implement strategies to improve retention and reduce turnover.
- Optimize performance evaluation processes and provide coaching frameworks.
- Promote a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth.
- Work with managers to ensure employees are effectively supported and developed.
- Utilize HR analytics to measure talent effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee performance, engagement, and retention.
- Provide reports and insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience in talent management, HR strategy, or workforce planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, analytics tools, and performance management systems.
- Knowledge of change management and organizational development principles.
