Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our BPO Trainer Specialist.

About the Role: As a BPO Sales Trainer Specialist, you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:  

• A Sales coach will help identify skills and opportunities for growth to create a program tailored to unique focus areas to improve performance. 
• Sales Coach should be able to use one-on-one sessions to target transferable skills.
• Participate in continued education efforts from the Client's Training Team (i.e. refresher training, policy update content review, etc.)
• Attend and participate in all Client facilitated T3 (train-the-trainer) sessions for updated and new materials, which may include, but not limited to: (1) taking the course as a learner, and (2) co-delivering the course with a tenured instructor (ACN or Client) and pass a Training QA on the material; (1) preparing pre-read materials, and (2) attending a virtual coaching session

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: 

• Bachelors Degree Graduate and/or Undergraduate
• Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Coaching in BPO; at least 3 years supervisory experience
• Must be amendable to work in Quezon City
