Lead Generation: Generate leads and maintain a high-quality database of potential clients and brokers. This involves researching potential leads and organizing meetings.
Broker and Administrative Support: Provide support to brokers by addressing their queries, assisting in documentation and coordinating with different departments and ensuring smooth communication between brokers and other internal teams.
Sales Coordination: Coordinating sales activities between brokers and the sales teams. This may involve facilitating meetings, handling contract negotiations and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for brokers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications
Completed a 4-year college course.
Registered salesperson under the real estate board is a must.
Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage.
