AT A GLANCE

Design & develop merchandising presentations & create planograms for Sunnies Eyewear. The Visual Merchandising Strategist is responsible for planning product placements that will increase sales and improve product assortment and zoning. She will also be working on creating a seamless customer journey in the stores by observing customer behavior and developing a store layout and flow that will provide an easy shopping experience for the customers and meet the goals of brand, operations and other departments

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Planogram Strategic Planning

• Set planogram standards & parameters
• Monitor planogram implementations in the stores
• Regularly update planograms to suit each store’s needs
• Prepare & present planogram analysis & productivity reports
• Develop & execute planograms for all stores of eyewear group
• Make recommendation to improve planogram development & execution
• Conduct store visits to study consumer behavior & visual merchandising display
• Make strategic recommendations for optimal & efficient visual merchandising displays and customer journey flow
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Brand & Operations team in developing & executing planograms
• Utilize sales & inventory data in creating planograms that will meet the goals of the respective brand/store

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Interior Design or any related field
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Analytical skills

YOUR STORY

• Experience in Retail Merchandising &/ visual merchandising background in fast moving industry
• Experience in Merchandising space planning & material planning
