KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Develops and maintains both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring high-quality code and functionality in accordance with business requirements.

2. Designs and implements scalable APIs, database schemas, and server-side logic to support application features.

3. Performs regular debugging, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure software reliability and optimal performance.

4. Implements and monitors security measures for applications, including data encryption, authentication protocols, and vulnerability mitigation.

5. Ensures seamless integration of third-party tools, services, and APIs to enhance application capabilities.

6. Conducts routine performance optimization, applying updates, patches, and improvements to software and system infrastructure.

7. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and stakeholders, to define and deliver project requirements.

8. Provides regular progress updates and technical insights to team leads and stakeholders.

9. Maintains comprehensive documentation for all developed systems, including codebases, APIs, and deployment processes.

10. Continuously evaluates and adopts emerging technologies and best practices to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System, and other related fields.

PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Full Stack Development: At least 2 years of experience in developing and deploying full-stack web applications using modern frameworks, Object object-oriented programming and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, C#, Java, Typescript or similar).

• Database Management: Proficiency in designing, implementing, and optimizing databases (e.g., MsSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• API Development: Experience in creating and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

• Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems in a collaborative environment.

• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment processes.

• Security Practices: Knowledge of web application security standards and implementation of secure development practices.

• Project Collaboration: Proven ability to work in agile teams and collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers.

• Testing and Debugging: Experience with automated testing frameworks and debugging tools.

• DevOps Practices: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

• Scalability: Experience in building scalable and high-performance applications for large user bases.
