Role: Senior Talent Recruitment Expert – BPO & Outsourcing

Location: Fully Remote (Work-from-Home) – Must be PH-based

Compensation: PHP 60K–70K basic + monthly commissions

Client: An Australia-based startup builder supporting businesses in scaling

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for BPO and outsourcing roles
• Source, screen, and engage top-tier talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill growing recruitment needs
• Leverage modern tools and strategies to optimize hiring processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in BPO recruitment (outsourcing expertise required)
• Demonstrated success in high-volume hiring environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented personality
