  • Work Location: Bacolod or Cebu

  • Working Days: Tuesdays to Saturdays

  • Available Shift Options: PH Morning Shift 6 AM to 3 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an expert Recruitment Support (Digital POC) to help attract top talent and enhance our recruitment efforts through digital channels. You will be the main point of contact for our social media pages, engaging with candidates, responding to inquiries, and assisting in recruitment marketing initiatives. Your role is key in strengthening the company’s brand by ensuring a consistent and engaging candidate experience across all digital platforms.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Enhance the company’s brand through meaningful candidate interactions.

  • Manage and respond to candidate inquiries on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Careers Page) while promoting the company’s brand and values.

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Director on social media content planning and recruitment marketing initiatives.

  • Support recruiters by generating leads and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

  • Analyze candidate engagement data to provide insights that improve recruitment strategies.

  • Identify opportunities for workflow optimization to enhance efficiency in digital recruitment processes.

  • Post job openings on various platforms and track sourcing effectiveness.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Coordinate candidate incentives and support recruitment events as needed.

  • Social media-savvy professional: Experienced in managing inquiries and interactions across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Careers Pages.

  • Problem solver: Has tackled challenges with a solutions-first mindset, using data, communication, and initiative to resolve issues in recruitment processes and candidate experience.

  • Cross-functional Collaborator: Has worked closely with the Digital Marketing Director and Recruiters to align recruitment marketing efforts.

Additional Skills:

  • Detail-oriented and organized: Has tracked and maintained accurate candidate records and tracking sourcing effectiveness.

  • Data-driven thinker: Has analyzed engagement metrics and provided insights to improve recruitment strategies.

  • Process optimizer: Has identified workflow improvements to enhance efficiency in digital recruitment.

  • Proactive and results-driven: Has strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience on managing and supporting hiring events is a plus.

  • Experience on event budgeting and project management is a plus.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Preferred:
  • Willing and able to go onsite to meet with the Digital Marketing Team occasionally

  • Willing and able to do leg work for hiring/sponsorship events,  merch and event needs canvassing and purchasing, Tech Orgs / LGUs/Universities meet ups and lead generation, ingress, egress, etc. 

  • Willing and able to travel to Luzon, other Visayas regions and Mindanao to support hiring events or sponsorships
