ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Salesforce Developer who will implement and optimize Salesforce products in an effective and scalable way that is in line with their client's requirements.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Deliver technical training for clients and employees
• Monitor, evaluate, and take an accurate and adequate record of training activities and effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor’s degree in the related field
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem or 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and administration
• Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, etc.

At least 2 certifications from the below:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
• Proficient in Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
• Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
