Principal Functions:

● Acts as the liaison between the Executive Director and employees, ensures smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

● Ensures the HR department is organized and operates smoothly to attract, hire and retain employees. Responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of the Foundation.

● Reviews, updates and revises as needed the job descriptions of each employee

● Creates policies, processes and documents. Deals with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules, and regulations. Provides administrative support to all employees.

● Ensures that the employees are following all the company policies and programs.

● Reviews various employment laws and ensure that the Foundations are in compliance with them all.

● Keep a check on performance management of various personnel within the organization. Ensure that the performance of the employees, as well as a few other procedures within the company, are effective. Administer completion of work by employees

● Properly handles complaints and grievance procedures including issues requiring disciplinary actions.

● Responsible in the whole recruitment lifecycle: posts job ads, sources candidates, communicates with candidates and schedules interviews, conducts initial orientation to newly hired employees.

● Processes documentation and prepares reports relating to employee activities (trainings, performance evaluations, surveys, etc.).

● Oversees training and development of the employees

● Maintains corporate culture of the foundations

● Communicates with public services and government agencies when necessary.

● Regularly report to the HR Executives, who are their seniors

Requisito

Qualifications & Competencies:

Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.

Work Experience: Any HR experience.

Required License/ Certification:

Competencies:

o Excellent organization ability

o Strong communication skills

o Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.

o Familiarity with HR software


Site Assignment : 1270-1330 E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue, Brgy Mariana, New Manila, Quezon City

Salary Range : Negotiable

Working Days : Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
