Descrição do Trabalho

Bayad is looking for a Growth Manager who will own the customer growth of Bayad digital channels such as the Bayad App and Bayad Online. The Growth Manager is expected to launch acquisition programs, develop funnel to support download, registration, and usage, roll out strategic capture efforts throughout the customer lifecycle, and all identify opportunity and maximize on-platform activities. He/She/They will develop the opportunity/capture plan, define win strategies to generate downloads, registrations, and usage, perform market analysis, identify opportunities, and monitor competitor activities while generating price to win strategies.

This role is a hybrid of traditional jobs in analytics, strategy and planning, project management, and customer experience. This role reports to the Digital and Performance Marketing Head.

Develop a strategy for launching new features and scaling customers for Bayad Digital Platforms

Analyze data and find insights to guide strategic decisions and enhance ability to go-to-market, such as new market launches, customer segmentation definition, and lead generation programs

Independently identify growth opportunities, lead discussions to advocate for resourcing the project, lead the project, and implement tracking infrastructure and visualization to report on results


Develop advanced customer journeys with a marketing automation tool using sophisticated segmentation, multiple communications, event triggers and reporting.


Identify opportunities to segment customers and deliver highly-personalized communications to the right person, at the right time with customer-centric best practices and data-driven insights.


Effectively manage lifecycle/CRM campaigns end-to-end using below-the-line channels including email, SMS, platform and push notifications.


Manage relationships with Partnerships, Product, Marketing, Finance, Business Intelligence, and more to promote growth and profitability.


Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and abilities

  • Knowledgeable in translating go-to-market strategies into succinct marketing plans
  • Experience managing product launches for technology companies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with and present to all levels and functions of the organization
  • Proven record of translating and articulating complex concepts into simple and clear messages
  • An engaging, outgoing personal style-- enjoys working on a team and supporting a talented, fun group of marketing professionals
  • Ability to manage projects with remote contributors and stakeholders efficiently and effectively
  • Creative, resourceful, self-starter who is results-oriented and a collaborative team player
  • Highly organized with good follow through capabilities
  • Tenacious, energetic, curious, and willing to fail fast. Ability to be flexible and multi-task


Education, Licenses and Certificates

  • Graduate of a four (4) year baccalaureate course
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management and/or other related courses


Relevant Experience

  • Proven working experience in marketing and advertising (minimum 5 years), with a track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising executable programs that engage and motivate
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker and excited to dive into tough problems and build new processes / deliverables from scratch; develop frameworks to support strategic decisions and are accomplished at detailed execution
  • Data-driven and highly analytical.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Administrative support to Digital and Performance Marketing Team
