Overview:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of accounting and will assist in developing controls, SLAs, and KPIs.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Stabilization of newly transitioned processes
  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Implementation of established controls and KPIs. Will assist in enhancing as required.
  • Second level of escalation
  • Line manager of team leaders
  • Pre-process training
  • FTE Calculation Review
  • Activities that will be assigned by his immediate supervisor.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate with at least 8 years of experience, preferably Certified Public Accountant / MBA
  • Knowledgeable in accounting software preferably SAP, Quickbooks, NetSuite or Xero.
  • Conversant in IFRS and US GAAP
  • Must be willing to work
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules including (mostly) graveyard shifts and during PH Holidays
  • Must be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa when work-in-office resumes
