JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Radiologic Technology.
• Experience as Chief RadTech or leadership experience is required.
• Has extensive knowledge and experience in operating different modalities like CT Scan, X-Ray, MRI, Mammography, 2D Echo and Ultrasound machines.
• Must have a certificate of training in Radiation Protection of the Radiation Protection Officer (RPO)
• Can start asap

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directs and coordinates activities of radiology or diagnostic imaging department
• Oversees staff in operation of imaging equipment, such as x-ray machine, fluoroscope, CT scanner, or MRI equipment, evaluates accuracy and quality of images, and provides technical assistance.
• Demonstrates new techniques, equipment, and procedures to staff. 
• Implements and monitors radiation safety measures to ensure safety of patients and staff and compliance with government regulatory requirements.
• To act as a Radiation Protection Officer. Responsible for supervising day-to-day activities of radiation, to oversee regulatory and quality control procedures.
• In charge of planning, organizing, and recommending improvement programs and/or activities in order to fully equip and improve our medical staff for additional training/certifications as needed.
• Responsible for revision of SOP, Policy, QC Program, Manual and other documents.
• Other tasks that management may assign from time to time relevant to job position.
