Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Procurement Operations Specialist role.

About the Role: As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:

• As an expert in Req-to-PO, Spot Buy, POA and Change Order processes, ensure timely delivery of all requests received

• Work with Client Delivery to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with contractual / service level obligations

• Ensure that services are provided within assigned budgets and timelines; take necessary action to address any issues

• Review and preparation of DTP/SOP/Learning log, process controls, FMEA, SIPOC, HLPM/DLPM, 3x3 etc.

• Drive process improvement initiatives/process maturity measurement/VSM and automation opportunities.

• Drive client interactions/ lead weekly or fortnightly operational meetings

• Act as a liaison between client stakeholder and operations team to resolve any query.

• Implement cost-to-serve actions as provided by leadership

• Establish, maintain, and manage relationship with client (both functional stake holders and

• Performance management for the team members

• Provide mentorship, leadership, and guidance to more junior team members

• Demonstrate leadership on client engagements and internal opportunities

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of data loaded into management operating system for operational reporting procurement)

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

•    Must have a Bachelor’s degree

•    Must have at least 5-7 years’ experience in sourcing/procurement with 3 years supervisory experience

•    Experience with ERP systems is an advantage (SAP/Oracle)

•    Working experience of Power BI, Power Automate will be preferred

•    Working knowledge of Ariba / SAP systems would be an advantage

•    Must be willing to report in Mandaluyong City
