Shift Schedule: (Mon-Fri) 6AM to 10AM CST (Minnesota USA)

Employment Type: Part-time

Standard Time (roughly Nov–Mar) → 8 PM – 12 AM PHT

Daylight Time (roughly Mar–Nov) → 7 PM – 11 PM PHT

We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Marketing VA to support the team by taking charge of marketing tasks and digital operations. The role includes supporting a team of trainers, driving sales through marketing support, managing a consistent social media calendar, updating the website for better conversions, and handling CRM and automation tools.

The ideal candidate has experience in the health, wellness, or fitness industry, strong digital marketing skills, and works well independently. This is a hands-on role for someone organised, resourceful, and ready to make a real impact.

● Manage and support the team

● Drive and support sales efforts by taking marketing-related tasks off the owner’s plate

● Develop and execute consistent social media content across platforms, including creating a fully scheduled monthly calendar

● Design and maintain the website with a focus on conversion rate optimisation (CRO)

● Set up and manage marketing and email automation workflows for lead nurturing

● Build and optimise automations and email campaigns within Rainmaker (or similar CRM)

● Regularly update CRM with accurate and timely data

● Write and distribute newsletters and blog content

● Manage social media profiles, including responding to DMs and comments in a timely and engaging manner

● Proven experience in marketing and digital content creation

● Strong background in health, wellness, or fitness industries

● Experience in social media management and content scheduling

● Skills in website design and CRO best practices

● Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (preferably Rainmaker)

● Strong copywriting skills for email, blog, and newsletter content

● Ability to engage with and manage an online community

● Very tech and software savvy. Automations, integrations etc.

● Proactive to share and ask questions

● Organised, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

● Rain Maker for CRM, marketing automation and CMS website
