What you will do:

• Checks the company’s cash positions across various bank accounts to ensure funds are sufficient for daily operations
• Handles any pending wire transfers, Automated Clearing House payments, and other transactions
• Prepares and distributes daily cash reports to senior management, highlighting current cash positions and any significant transactions
• Works on weekly cash flow projections to predict three months cash needs.
• Assists in the closure of bank reconciliations items with the company’s internal records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
• Ensures timely recording of collections every month and that all vendor payments are funded by coordinating with the accounts payable team
• Communicates with the bank representatives to discuss services, negotiate fees, and resolve issues
• Updates and maintains cash management systems and software to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently
• Monitors deposit pick-up arrangements of new stores and existing stores

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any related course.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS365
