We are looking for a Senior Events Performance & Insights Specialist who will be part of the International Education Marketing Events team. Their primary purpose will be responsible for collating, curating and analysing events data to generate reports that provide insights into our customer experience and engagement at events and the overall impact of our Events Marketing. Additionally, this role will lead the planning and delivery of our Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards program and manage our Events Martech platforms and licenses.

What will you do as a Senior Events Performance & Insights Specialist?
As Senior Events Performance & Insights Specialist, you will lead the Events Insights and Awards section within the Marketing Events team, supported by the Events & Awards Administrator. You will be responsible for sharing insights on event success and impact, delivering the annual Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards program, and maintaining Events MarTech. This role demands strong data insights, analytics, and project management skills, along with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Manage and develop the Events & Awards Administrator while leading the scheduling and delivery of the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards in collaboration with Regional Marketing Managers and the Assessment team.
Analyse and report on events activity, sharing insights to measure success and inform future Marketing event design.
Design consistent global data collection models and build event and attendee profiles based on trends and engagement behaviour.
Maintain Awards governance documents (criteria, calendar) and respond to stakeholder enquiries on events and Awards within agreed SLAs.
Own and manage Events Martech, systems, and platforms, ensuring colleagues have sustainable and sufficient access to events technology.

Data collection and analysis skills, with the ability to identify and clearly present trends and insights from datasets.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, ensuring projects and workflows are delivered to tight deadlines.
Strong report writing skills, capable of conveying actionable insights and demonstrating impact.
Ability to critically evaluate and validate data as well as associated enquiries.
