Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager our client in Taguig. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. They will also analyze market trends, create business proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• This position will expect a fair knowledge of the HR/Payroll In outsourced/SaaS market in Philippines.
• Sound knowledge of statutory compliances, government reporting and standard scope of work in the payroll domain.
• Understand Competition in Philippines for HR/Payroll services – Outsourced and SaaS Payroll
• Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to Management.
• Maintain business relationships with existing clients.

Job Requirement

• Highest educational attainment should be Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Management / Human Resources Management.
• Experience in solution selling or working with service industry in Philippines
• Tech savvy and is computer literate with hands-on use of Microsoft apps and databases
• With excellent analytical skills and has strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies
• Excellent communication skills
• A go getter, a self starter
