Job Description: 

a. Performs Process and Product Audits to software projects

b. Collects and analyzes company-wide quality data to identify areas for improvement 

c. Provides support to software project teams through project data analysis and develops, recommends, and monitors corrective and preventive actions 

d. Prepare reports to communicate the analysis results

e. Provides guidance in root cause analysis and recommends corrective and preventive actions   

f. Handles and conducts SQA-related trainings   

Qualifications:   

a. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / IT-related course

b. Have at least 3 years Quality Management experience preferably in Software Quality Management

c. Well versed with QC Tools

d. Knowledgeable and with experience in CMMI, ISO9001, Six Sigma, Quality Audit 

e. Knowledgeable in any software development process (Waterfall, Agile, V-model, etc)

f. Knowledgeable and with experience in Software Process Improvement and Software Metrics

g. Knows and have experience in quantitative Data Analysis (Descriptive Statistics, Exploratory and confirmatory data analysis)

h. Knowledgeable and with experience in developing and conducting SQA-related trainings.

i. Well versed in the use of MS Office (especially MS Excel)

j. Demonstrated initiative, problem solving, and critical-thinking skills

k. Able to learn quickly, has strong organizational and leadership skills and possess negotiation skills

l. Software development experience is a plus.
