About The Client (AU)

With a farming and building background, we are uniquely qualified to fulfil your shed building requirements (Agriculture, Construction, Mining Machinery Manufacturing)

Software

• Microsoft suite – Word, excel, outlook (REQUIRED)
• Adobe Acrobat
• Bluebeam – we will provide training
• Shed Tech (Estimating / design software) – we will provide training / procedures
• Smartsheet – we will provide training / procedures
• Hubspot – we will provide training / procedures
  
  

Quotations

• Produce shed design and costings from estimating / design software
• Calculate shed supply and installation costs
• Prepare client quotation from above two points
  
  

Procuring

• Place orders with suppliers
• Track progress of orders
  
  

Documentation

• Check concrete engineering drawings against Phoenix template
• Format documents
  
  

Administrative Duties

• To be expanded dependent on workload and skillset
  
  

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

• Monday to Friday (9AM-6PM Manila Time)
  
  

Work Setup (WFH)

• Permanent Homebased
• Equipment will be provided by Outsourced
• Candidates should have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS for BOTH download AND upload speed
