Key Responsibilities:

• Source, interview, and place healthcare professionals in clinical and travel nursing roles. Ensure each placement meets the specific needs and preferences of both clients and candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, including Medifis, to understand their unique staffing requirements and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
• Provide comprehensive support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement to final placement, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Create and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates in the healthcare industry. Utilize innovative methods to stay competitive in the talent market.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and changes to enhance recruitment practices, ensuring our strategies remain effective and relevant.
• Ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of practice and professionalism.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of proven experience recruiting for clinical and travel nursing roles, with a track record of successful placements.
• Demonstrated experience working with healthcare clients, with a preference for familiarity with Medifis or similar organizations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• High energy, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a solutions-oriented approach and a passion for healthcare recruitment.
